Jharkhand Police Exam Pattern 

• JSSC Police Exam will be an objective type. 
• Each question of both papers will be of three marks.
• Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. 
• The written exam has a total of 300 marks.

JSSC Salary Grade:

• The salary for Jharkhand Police Constable posts ranges from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100.

JSSC Police Constable Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive selection process, including:

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
2. Medical Examination
3. Written Examination

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates will be tested on their build, durability, and physical fitness using a variety of parameters at this stage.

Medical Examination: A physical examination will be performed to assess the patient’s medical condition.

Written Exam: Mental aptitude and knowledge will be tested in this OMR-based written exam.

For Men

• General: Height – 160 cm, Weight – 81 Kg
• SC/ST: Height – 155 cm, Weight – 79 Kg
• OBC/BC: Height – 160 cm, Weight – 81 Kg

For Women

• Height: 148 cm
• Weight: Not specified

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• Candidates will be evaluated on physical fitness.

2. Medical Examination:
